If you’re a teacher, practitioner, creative or small business looking for a reliable space to base your daytime classes, sessions, workshops or rehearsals without taking on your own premises, this could be the perfect fit.

Rather than one-off bookings, we’re looking for someone who wants to establish regular hours, giving you a consistent space and predictable costs for a season, or month after month.

Our minimum hire booking of $450 includes 12 hours of studio use within a calendar month at agreed scheduled daytime times. Additional hours available by negotiation. One off bookings, or casual hourly hire is not available.

• 90m² dance space

• Full-length mirrors

• Studio lighting

• Air conditioning

• Gender-neutral toilet

• Bustling Paddington location

• Reliable recurring daytime access, limited evening and weekends available

• Bring your own clients and run your own sessions

No permanent equipment storage is available, so anything brought into the studio must leave with you at the end of your session.

Hirers must have their own PLI with a current certificate.

If you’re looking for a consistent base for one month or many, send us an email with what you do, your preferred days/times and how you’d use the space.
